Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required
- 1+ years of relevant work and/or internship experience
- Experience using Google Sheets or Excel as a data management tool and comfortable with formulas and creating pivot tables. Experience using Microsoft Tools
- Curiosity to problem solve and grow Aledade’s portfolio of services
- Proven track record of accountability and project success
- Highly organized and proactive in raising questions around clarity, prioritization, blockers, and other points to drive assigned tasks forward
- A collaborative team player with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
- Intense attention to detail and data quality assurance; ability to validate results and investigate abnormalities or unexpected results
- Demonstrated ability to conduct nuanced analyses to produce accurate and unbiased results and tell the story of those results in data visualizations and reports.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and refinement of processes within the Explorer market to ensure alignment with business goals and scalability.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of systems and tools that enhance operational efficiency with the market.
- Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support standardization and effective adoption of procedures across the department.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization to support data-informed business decisions.
- Generate monthly reports and data analysis to drive improved performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Tableau, Monday.com, Mailchimp, and Google Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
