Requirements
- 2+ years in sales, sales support or project management experience.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
- Knowledge in underwriting, sales practices, account management and healthcare RFPs.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work with tight deadlines and work with other areas within the business.
Responsibilities
- Support Voluntary Sales team with scrubbing RFP’s, submitting quote requests and assisting with sold case implementation.
- Submitting all RFP’s in a timely fashion, coordinating work load.
- Work closely with other business units and cultivate broker relationships.
- Qualify RFP’s, collect and review specs, engage with Voluntary Sales AE to gather all relevant details, review matching for strategic capabilities leveraging knowledge of products and networks.
- Assist in development of proposal and coordinate resources as needed.
- Leverages knowledge of products, networks, and industry.
- Coordinate collection of questionnaire responses for RFP, data collection, scrubbing data and submit in Salesforce /CPQ, data entry to move the RFP through.
- This is precise work on high volumes of RFPs where accuracy and attention to detail is critical to protect against the high cost of rework to completion.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of Salesforce experience.
