Requirements
- 6+ years experience working in enterprise software, with a minimum of 3 years in AR roles for a B2B software company.
- Ability to execute and run analyst relations programs.
- Demonstrable experience with major evaluations (e.g. Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, etc).
- Understanding of the top enterprise technology analyst firms and how analysts work.
- Experience influencing key decision-makers and analysts’ research agenda.
- Great communications skills, with a love for collecting and sharing salient content from internal and external sources.
- High energy and the ability to be scrappy and multi-task to prioritize high impact projects and juggle urgent inbound requests with ease.
Responsibilities
- Own a key pillar of our AR strategy, and help further evolve how we do AR at Snowflake.
- Create, nurture, and manage positive relationships with industry analysts, serving as a key, centralized contact point and connector.
- Monitor analyst research agendas and coverage, and create a forward-looking research and engagement calendar.
- Execute on an AR plan that focuses on a core set of programs and activities including a steady cadence of analyst inquiries and briefings and research reports to showcase the company’s business and product strategy and innovations, as well as market leadership position.
- Act as a strategic advisor on how the analyst firms can contribute to marketing campaigns and internal understanding of the markets and competitors.
- Possess an ability to understand broad company knowledge and develop positive relationships across the company, so as to appropriately align the organization with analyst requirements.
