Requirements
- Data Management and familiarity of data sets
- 1+ Year of Customer Service
- Account Management or Project Management Experience
- Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Experience
Responsibilities
- Timely addition of pharmacies to networks selected through the provider enrollment packet
- Pharmacy solicitation at the request of clients and customers through the mailing of contracts
- Electronic recording of pharmacy contracts
- Acting as the main source of contact for independent pharmacies and affiliations
- Focus on accuracy and meeting department minimum QC standards
- Adapt to shifting priorities and respond to complex pharmacy questions related to network enrollment and contracting
Preferred Qualifications
- Process of claims
- Medical, Pharmacy, or PBM Experience
- Bachelors Degree
