Requirements

- 2 – 3 years of experience delivering emission reduction analysis, advisory, or working with data related to climate strategy.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau and Visio.
- Prior experience with sustainability data, aggregation and reporting technologies such as IBM Envizi, Microsoft Sustainability Manager, Workiva, and PowerBI is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering the corporate net zero data and analytics strategy.
- Support the management and development of the corporate Net Zero Dashboard, climate scenario models and data improvement plans, including data integrity and visual presentation.
- Responsible for regular updates to our net zero data requirements plan to inform robust KPI monitoring and strategic decision-making.
- Support the collection, documentation, and quantification of key emissions categories, adapting to evolving methodologies and addressing an increased need for granular data.
- Support the development of communication materials for key stakeholders, articulating JLL’s emission reduction strategies and a comprehensive transition plan for climate change mitigation.
- Distill and translate net zero concepts, including creating compelling visuals and digital illustrations, to communicate our decarbonization strategy effectively to diverse, non-technical audiences.
- Support the Corporate Sustainability Team to implement and oversee initiatives to achieve the enterprise climate commitments.
- Contribute to Corporate Sustainability Team collaboration by supporting the management of team systems, maintaining and organizing internal documents, and developing and enhancing new processes related to sustainability data.
- Contribute to fostering a team environment of accountability, excellence, inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar education is an asset.
- Experience/knowledge of decarbonization in areas such as: buildings, vehicles, products, services, data centers, waste, travel & commuting.
