Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program, in 3rd or 4th year, with a focus on Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Available for a co-op term of 8 months or longer (ideally between 12 to 16 months).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be intellectually curious, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and refinement of our corporate strategy, simplifying complex concepts and contributing to strategic initiatives.
- Support the analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, internal capabilities, and financial feasibility to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in the preparation of presentations and reports for executive leadership, ensuring clarity and simplicity in communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data, facilitating strategic decisions.
- Engage in special projects with the mentorship of senior team members, who will provide a supportive learning environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial modelling skill is an asset, but the successful candidate will have opportunity to develop / strengthen these skills with guidance from seniors.
