Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a facilities operations and project environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and with systems users
- Experience working within a project methodology framework to manage and deliver system implementation or process improvement solutions
- Demonstrated experience in report writing
Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Provide technical support to end-users and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams or vendors as necessary.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training manuals, procedures, standards, and policies related to system administration tasks, configurations, and best practices for integrated workplace management systems and BIM/CAD tools.
- Identify enhancement opportunities in the space management system to increase efficiency.
- Maintain the drawing library of building plans and facilities studies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Facilities Management
- Skill and experience in SQL and with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services, QlikView, Tableau, or others
- Knowledge and experience with CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, or others
