Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or PPE considered an asset
• 4-7 years’ relevant work experience
• Experience with contracts management considered an asset
• Experience supporting crude trading, NGL marketing, and/or financial deals preferred
• Experience with RightAngle or other ETRM systems considered an asset
• Able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated with strong financial, analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Goal oriented and able to contribute as a team player
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
• Proven flexibility with the ability to adapt to changing business conditions
• Cleared criminal history (background), education, and satisfactory reference checks

Responsibilities

• Maintain contracts in our RightAngle energy trading and risk management (ETRM) system for all commodity and trade types including crude; mix; propane and butane; lease; and financial.
• Sign third-party papers on behalf of traders.
• Capture complex trader requests within the limitations of the system.
• Liaise between multiple departments to resolve process amendments such as invoicing, position management, pricing, and contracts and compliance.
• Perform various data quality checks as required at the start and end of each day, including daily audit packages and approval limits tracking.
• Manage system data including requests for new vendors, contacts, pricing, and pipeline strategies.
• Improve processes and updates in procedure manuals.
• Problem-solve to assist traders, marketers, and other teams.
