Requirements
- Comfortable with data analysis and ability to pull meaningful insights that speak to product success and user engagement metrics
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate technical details to non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience with agile product management practices & scrum methodologies
- A Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the launch of new DPS products, assisting with requirement gathering, documentation, support the commercialization process, and internal coordination
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, analytics, clinical operations, and customer success) to translate product ideas into requirements and operational plans
- Help define and document user stories, process flows, and product requirements to support effective and timely execution
- Conduct data and user research to identify care gaps, user needs, and optimization opportunities across diagnostic and preventative workflows
- Participate in user testing, pilot evaluations, and reporting to assess performance of programs and new features
- Design and manage pilot programs, assess results, and make informed recommendations on scaling or iteration
- Maintain clear documentation and communication to ensure alignment and momentum across teams
- Support the development team via backlog prioritization, refining features with engineering and defining of KPI that reinforce the why of what we do
- Define, track, report out, and explain metrics representing the value of the product
