Analyst – Data Science

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related)
Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, cleaning, and analysis
At least 1 year of client-facing experience, ideally in a data analytics or consulting environment
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience building dashboards (preferably in Tableau) for external clients or stakeholders
A passion for storytelling with data—someone who can not only analyze but communicate results in a compelling, visual way

Build interactive, client-facing dashboards using tools like Tableau, translating complex analytics into clear, actionable insights
Design and define key performance indicators (KPIs) and custom metrics that align with client goals and integrate them into dashboards to track performance and drive strategic decisions
Clean, merge, and restructure data from multiple sources using Python (or R) to ensure accuracy and consistency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client goals and translate them into analytical approaches and solutions
Present data-driven findings and dashboards directly to clients in a compelling and insightful way
Manage your work across multiple projects, staying on track with timelines and priorities
Contribute to a culture of curiosity, creativity, and continuous improvement

Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field is preferred
Interest or experience in marketing, communications, or media analytics is a plus
