Requirements
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Ability to understand/interpret contracts.
- Financial aptitude.
- Advanced level proficiency in JDE, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Cognos.
- Strong analytics and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, financial, sales support, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the sales process.
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of internal/external customers.
- Define problems, identify solutions and follow through to completion.
- Understanding of GPO and IDN contracts.
- Work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare capital margin analysis for discount pricing.
- Support field sales by being a primary contact for pricing, discounts, approvals, analytics, and providing general guidance.
- Preparation of deal committee agenda and documentation of approvals.
- Work with approvals and ensure quotes and notes are generated in accordance.
- Liaison with customer service on quoting, questions on orders, etc.
- Point of contact for MD Buyline/ECRI analyses, access, discounts, pricing, competitive information, reports, etc.
- Compile, document, and distribute competitive information in accordance with legal guidelines.
- Maintenance of discount approval matrixes.
- Calculate buyout pricing for TAP agreements.
