Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree in Business or a STEM related discipline.
  • Some knowledge of trading products across Global Markets as well as Investment & Corporate Banking products.
  • Exceptional ability to independently manage multiple priorities and to proactively service multiple internal clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a demanding schedule under limited supervision.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Ability to review, assess and provide detailed information daily ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong conflict management/ resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications.

Responsibilities

  • Support all of the BMO Global Markets desks in North America by seamlessly onboarding new Capital Markets clients and coordinating the end-to-end flow from initial intake right through to initial trade execution.
  • Deliver ‘white glove’ client service while ensuring that all internal BMO policies and procedures, as well as all regulatory requirements, are met.
  • Partner with other internal stakeholder groups to facilitate the most efficient client experience.
  • Respond to urgent client enablement requests and have the ability to solve problems as they arise.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Bloomberg would be a plus.
