Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience (will also consider new or recent graduates with experience working on projects in class while in school)
- Proven ability to be successful in an autonomous work environment
- Intermediate Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience with data analysis and/or process innovation
- Strong ability to create and/or communicate executive level materials
- Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Demonstrative technical and/or statistical understanding (SQL, Tableau, Access, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Initiate and drive work streams of projects that directly impact the department’s overall health.
- Proactively monitor team’s book of business outcomes and findings through data analytics and/or trend analysis and root cause analysis.
- Meet with project teams on an ongoing basis, facilitate project team next steps through data driven findings on a facilitator and/or (data) analytical support level.
- Meet with leadership regularly to maintain relationships with, and provide high level updates and results on initiatives.
- Ad hoc data analytics and deep dive requests.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Experience preferred
