Requirements
- 1+ years of professional experience in healthcare or related field
Responsibilities
- Develops basic account plans and strategies to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Analyzes client data, performance metrics, and market trends to identify areas of opportunity and improvement.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Conducts regular meetings and communication with clients to understand their goals, provide updates, and address any concerns.
- Coordinates contract renewal activities, including contract reviews, negotiations, and documentation.
- Communicates with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and facilitate prompt resolution of any issues or challenges.
- Identifies opportunities for account expansion or new business development within the assigned client base.
- Assists team members with tasks, timelines, and deliverables, including collaborating on projects, sharing information, and ensuring effective communication within the team.
- Actively contributes to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects, including sharing ideas, providing feedback, and contributing to the overall goals and objectives of the team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IT interfaces and data: VPN, sFTP, HL7, various file formats and data semantics
- Experience with the 340B services Wellpartner offers
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
