Responsibilities
- Recommend Key Performance Indicators and work cross functionally to collate data into easy to understand, easy to use scorecards that provide valuable insights.
- Publish and distribute scorecards accompanied with insights and recommendations, connecting back to goals and objectives.
- Own and manage complex programs and initiatives through implementation.
- Work cross-functionally with Region, Division and HQ partners to manage cost and tools licenses, including the administration of licenses and payments.
- Understand and support execution of programs that drive onboarding and adoption of external, vendor owned and managed CB tools.
- Utilize data and insights to help identify and support investment priorities.
- Utilize data to identify and bring forth creative, “game changing” ideas that will drive end user engagement and pay off tools investments.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
