Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management or Hospitality Management
- 5+ years of food services experience
- Experience managing reception, conference rooms, mailroom, and production service
- Strong leadership, organizational, and management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn PC and web-based applications
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of customer service and professionalism
Responsibilities
- Consulting with the Account Manager and Facility Management Regional FM on workplace experience programs
- Overseeing operations, staffing, performance, and development of service delivery staff in the assigned region
- Collaborating with all levels of the client organization to ensure excellence in service delivery
- Developing and managing operating expense budgets and advising on capital expense budgets
- Implementing short and long-term projects for the client
- Developing and executing annual management plans to meet key performance indicators
- Managing vendor contracts and performance
- Ensuring compliance with client and company policies and audit standards
- Developing innovative programs to reduce costs and increase productivity
- Engaging in continuous improvement and innovation through business intelligence and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or customer service
- Knowledge of real estate and facilities soft services
- Experience in matrix management organizations
- Strong belief in teamwork and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with budget management and financial reporting
- Familiarity with vendor management and contract administration
- Knowledge of Minority/Women-owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) initiatives
