Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management or Hospitality Management
  • 5+ years of food services experience
  • Experience managing reception, conference rooms, mailroom, and production service
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn PC and web-based applications
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of customer service and professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Consulting with the Account Manager and Facility Management Regional FM on workplace experience programs
  • Overseeing operations, staffing, performance, and development of service delivery staff in the assigned region
  • Collaborating with all levels of the client organization to ensure excellence in service delivery
  • Developing and managing operating expense budgets and advising on capital expense budgets
  • Implementing short and long-term projects for the client
  • Developing and executing annual management plans to meet key performance indicators
  • Managing vendor contracts and performance
  • Ensuring compliance with client and company policies and audit standards
  • Developing innovative programs to reduce costs and increase productivity
  • Engaging in continuous improvement and innovation through business intelligence and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Knowledge of real estate and facilities soft services
  • Experience in matrix management organizations
  • Strong belief in teamwork and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with budget management and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with vendor management and contract administration
  • Knowledge of Minority/Women-owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) initiatives
