Responsibilities

  • Configuring cloud-based workflow and collaboration solutions to solve critical business problems.
  • Assisting in the implementation of IT systems, data migrations, data analyses/visualizations.
  • Providing IT managed services to Protiviti clients including custom configurations and application support.
  • Interpretation of policies and procedures of multiple organizations and feedback review.
  • Business Analyst facilitates/lead requirements definition, testing preparation and User Acceptance testing.
  • Developing an understanding of business processes, technical skills, project requirements, and the client’s business in a variety of industries.
  • Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities for both internal and external clients.
  • Communicating work assignment status to the Project Senior Analyst or Pod Lead.
  • Ensuring timely and quality completion of project deliverables within assigned project phases.
  • Fostering and maintaining an internal/external network and working self-sufficiently or as part of a team.
  • Analyzing business problems and applying technology solutions to improve process efficiencies, service levels, quality of information, and to implement more effective controls.
  • Assisting in data acquisition, migrations, visualizations, and interpretation.
  • Assisting in reviewing and assessing business operations and activities for accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitoring, responding to and investigating security, network, and application events for various systems.
  • Assist project end team in gathering technical and business requirements for task-oriented delivery.
  • Assisting with preparation of project status reports including outlining key accomplishments, items for discussion, and next steps.
  • Assisting with preparation of reports (summarizing work performed) including detailed findings and result dashboards.
  • Identifying areas of professional interest (project management, privacy, risk management, software implementation, etc.) and completing trainings to expand knowledge in the designated area.
  • Supporting Innovation activities by providing internal and external recommendations related to improving the way in which we deliver services to clients (through Automation, increased standardization etc).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred 1+ years’ experience in business process or other relevant areas.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office suite applications (with emphasis on Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams).
  • Preferred experience in other relevant software/systems (JIRA, SQL, Python, PowerBI, SharePoint, gSuite, Linux, and others as applicable).
