Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure guests have the best experience possible.
- Capability to maintain a high level of physical mobility.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required.
- Experience in a similar role with a luxury or upscale restaurant is a plus; 1-2 years preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a welcoming, professional, and positive environment for every guest
- Providing excellent knowledge of the food and beverage menu items as well as information regarding the preparation methods to the guests
- Offering guests an excellent dining experience and providing conflict resolution when necessary
- Working with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of
Preferred Qualifications
