Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of relevant finance industry experience
- Securities licensing (Series 7 or 99) required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a particular strength in Microsoft Excel is required
- Ability to oversee a team of Associates and Analysts
- Ability to critically assess process for optimization
- Ability to ensure process consistency and adherence to procedural guidelines
- Ability to take direction and work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Firm understanding of the importance of accuracy in quality of work/downstream impacts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Efficient time management skills
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Analyze and process fund activity information delivered to the firm from third-party asset managers and fund administrators
- Interpret information provided by the funds to ensure correct processing in client accounts
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior operational and/or alternative investments experience is a plus
- Supervisory experience strongly preferred
