All-Source Intelligence Analyst – Senior

8+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis
Experience analyzing defense intelligence topics, including military capabilities, political-military issues, order of battle, infrastructure, cyber, human terrain, or threat finance
Experience applying client writing styles and all-source analytic tradecraft standards, including ICD 203 and ICD 206
Experience briefing intelligence products to senior military and government officials
Experience working in a watch-floor environment
Knowledge of IC-standard intelligence and production tools, databases, techniques, and platforms
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor’s degree

Combine information from disparate sources to help clients understand their mission environment through intelligence production
Research, evaluate, and produce finished intelligence and other data to assess the operational environment
Enhance readiness and inform joint command and component organizations’ intelligence and information gaps
Provide time-critical analysis, often under pressure

Experience as an all-source intelligence analyst supporting a CCMD or component organization
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with leadership
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Master’s degree
