Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, statistics, or related fields, with 5 years of experience in algorithm research or development.
- At least 1 year of experience in team management.
- Knowledge of common deep learning algorithms in one or more of the following areas: recommendation systems, advertising systems, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, Go. Familiarity with at least one mainstream framework: Pytorch, TensorFlow, PaddlePaddle.
- Independent problem-solving skills, strong team cooperation awareness, and good communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Implement LLM, VLLM, and AI Agent in business scenarios such as intelligent knowledge recommendations, intelligent office services, and AI Copilot to achieve business success. Develop appropriate algorithms and strategies for different business scenarios to address issues related to improving enterprise service satisfaction, efficiency, quality assurance, and cost management.
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines and algorithm applications to help solve challenges in enterprise-level intelligent services and intelligent operation and maintenance scenarios.
- Participate deeply in product development projects, closely collaborating with product managers, business developers, and business QA to enhance overall project efficiency and profitability.
- Lead a team of algorithm engineers to design and implement end-to-end data pipelines and algorithmic applications, addressing challenges in enterprise-level intelligent services and intelligent operations scenarios.
Preferred Qualifications
- Successful experience in fine-tuning LLM and implementing AI Agents, familiarity with algorithm model development tasks, and extensive practical business experience.
- Strong ability to model business problems into algorithmic models, with keen technical curiosity, self-drive, and ambition, and the ability to stay updated and learn industry best practices in a timely manner.
- Understanding of the software development process with strong engineering capabilities, with a preference for those knowledgeable in design patterns and microservice architecture.
