Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a cross-functional environment, either formally or informally.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer-focused business development, commercial growth strategy, product development, or management consulting within technical/aerospace roles.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in developing and presenting recommendations to executive-level management.
- Experience (1+ years) in systems integration.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first-line manager for a team of individual contributors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Strategy and integration for data delivery capabilities related to Class 3 EFB and BFMS Aeronautical Data Services.
- Drive product development strategies for future flight deck and cabin services.
- Formulate service strategies and integrate R&D initiatives to enhance our product portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated product offerings that protect Boeing’s intellectual property at all levels.
- Manage separation project initiatives as part of establishing the new Digital Services organization during the first 18 months.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with commercial aircraft programs, including flight deck, avionics, cabin systems, and software platforms.
- Knowledge of aeronautical data, data delivery systems, Class 3 EFB, and navigational data.
- Established network and experience in BCA Product Development.
- Proficiency in product lifecycle management.
- Background in management consulting, aviation marketing, and business case modeling.
- Exceptional communication skills and an inquisitive leadership style, with the ability to transform ambiguous business data into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
