Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
Schedule pickups timely and accurately per the customer’s SOP
Prepare various documents for international transportation
Submit export clearances daily per govt regulations and Expeditors policies
Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
Interact with our customers in arranging their international export shipments, meeting customer service standards
Meet compliance at all times to regulations
Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency
Ensure all customers’ standard operating procedures are followed as per the DLSOP
Work with the team on meeting KPI standards, as per the company’s procedures
Monitor shipment reports to ensure total customer satisfaction
Track and Trace shipments timely and update customer service of any delay
Overseas communications
Collaborate with all team members on any problem-solving and process efficiencies
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors (airlines, trucking companies, and others) and customers
Participate in the transition of new business/ updates to existing business
Assist in retention calls and complete customer reviews with your regular customers to document in the CRS
Any other function deemed necessary by the Manager
