Requirements
- Proficiency in data science, machine learning, and analytics, including statistical data analysis, A/B testing, prompt engineering and fine-tune foundational models for specific tasks.
- Proficiency with ML modeling frameworks (PyTorch, Tensorflow, etc.).
- Significant experience building complete prototypes and strong overall software development approach. You deliver clean, well-tested code.
- Solid software engineering skills in complex, multi-language systems. Strong programming skills, including data-science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-Learn, etc.) and experience with a scripting language for data processing and development (e.g., Python).
- Bachelors or higher in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with HW design engineering teams on deploying core machine learning algorithms and advanced analytics methods to large complex data sets and solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems.
- Develop extensive knowledge of the design’s team data collection process, product data structures and metrics, and advocate for changes where needed.
- Work with a team of SW developers to architect, design and deploy the end to end SW stack needed for the tools to deliver critical real-time insights at scale, and that directly impact the HW design lifecycle.
- Build outstanding software tools that provide a WOW experience for users.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience crafting, conducting, analyzing, and interpreting experiments and investigations.
- Experience articulating and translating business questions and using innovative cutting edge analysis techniques to arrive at an answer using available data.
- Capable of driving projects of varying sizes and scopes – some will take months and some weeks— and you will need to know when to dive deep.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to naturally explain difficult technical topics to everyone from data scientists to engineers to business partners.
- Masters, or PhD Degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning or equivalent academic or professional experience.
- Bonus: Experience developing prototypes with Multimodal LLMs and AI agents.
