Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience building CV systems using; VLM, diffusion models, multimodal models, etc.
  • 4+ years of experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow on platforms such as Hugging Face
  • 3+ years applying machine learning methods to products, features and/or services
  • Practical experience with all aspects of model life-cycle management, including data curation and collection, pre-training and fine-tuning, model evaluation and experimentation, model deployment and debugging, and post-deployment monitoring and updating.
  • Publications in research communities such as; NIPS, CVPR, etc.
  • Excellent algorithm and data structure skills (time and space complexity analysis, optimization, etc.)
  • Outstanding communication skills with an interest in unraveling sophisticated and nuanced issues
  • Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Physics or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Skill in efficiently developing new algorithms, data structures, inference approaches, etc.
  • Enthusiasm for continuing to stay current on state-of-the-art techniques in the research literature
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Experience deploying and optimizing CV models and VLMs for specific contexts
  • Knowledge of ML model optimization technique beyond quantization
  • Strong familiarity in another domain of AI/ML outside of CV such as NLP, ASR, robotics, multimodality, reinforcement learning, etc.
  • Experience in C/C++/Objective-C development is optional, but preferred
