AI Transformation Lead

Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and automation and at least 4+ years of experience with AI vertical SaaS solutions.
Proven experience in management consulting for enterprise AI transformation projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex client requirements into practical AI solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
Experience in developing and delivering training sessions or workshops is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or a related field.

Engage with clients to comprehend their existing workflows, challenges, and objectives.
Identify opportunities where Fieldguide’s AI capabilities can be implemented to enhance the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of audit workflows.
Collaborate with clients to review and fine-tune AI functionality, ensuring alignment with their requirements and expectations.
Lead the coordination of training sessions for clients to familiarize them with AI actions and their functionalities.
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of AI solutions on client workflows.
Develop and document standardized processes and best practices for AI solution deployment and client engagement.
Develop and engineer AI-driven prompts aimed at streamlining practitioner workflows.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is desirable.
Deep industry knowledge and at least 4+ years of experience in audit and advisory services at a public accounting firm is preferred.
Master’s degree preferred.
