Requirements
- B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years software engineer and/or sales engineer experience at SaaS, Open Source, Software Consulting, or Enterprise Software company
- Solid understanding of cloud computing trends and open source business models
- Strong Foundation in AI/ML concepts including a deep understanding of various AI, GenAI and machine learning methodologies, supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning architectures (neural networks), natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision
- Comfortable with LLM Architecture and Functionality including the fundamental architecture of transformer networks, which underpin most modern LLMs. This includes grasping concepts like self-attention mechanisms, encoder-decoder structures, and the process of how these models learn from vast amounts of text data to generate coherent and contextually relevant output. They should also be familiar with different model variations and their strengths and weaknesses (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5)

Responsibilities
- Work across multiple customer-facing sales teams and product engineering to improve our product’s vision, while also ensuring that regional businesses and organizations continue to be successful
- Understand and help establish customer requirements and grow trusted client relationships throughout the product validation stage of the sales lifecycle
- Be a technical solutions authority, helping customers and system integrators design and architect AI based solutions and create and drive the use of AI Workshops, Proofs of Concept, and custom demos that align with the customer’s technical and business requirements
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction across assigned sets of accounts in order to secure the technical win
- Prioritize customer needs and coordinate with support, product, and engineering teams to help support customer needs and technical visions
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce development and architecture experience
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce AI Associate
- Proficiency in AI/ML development, such as Python, and familiar with relevant libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., AWS AI, Google Cloud AI Platform, Azure Machine Learning)
