Requirements

Responsibilities
- Design and implement intelligent retrieval systems using deep learning and LLMs.
- Build and optimize vector-based search pipelines and hybrid search
- Analyze search performance metrics and iterate to improve user satisfaction.
- Develop internal tools to support experimentation and deployment of new ranking methods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating search with agentic or generative AI systems.
- Familiarity with personalization, contextual search, or multilingual retrieval.
- Contributions to open-source search or IR toolkits.
