Requirements
- Industry experience building high-quality software products
- An ability to identify problems, build alignment, and implement solutions autonomously
- Comfortable working with and designing abstractions and frameworks which increase developer velocity
- Experience in setting up tracing & observability
- Strong programming skills and general Computer Science knowledge
Responsibilities
- Research, build, and train AI models, with a particular focus on large language models
- Keep up-to-date with the latest AI advancements and apply them to current projects
- Contribute to groundbreaking projects, particularly in the development, training, and ethical application of advanced language models
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly in training or post-training LLM at a frontier lab (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepMind, Meta)
