Requirements
- Experience in Product Operations, Customer Success, Implementation, Customer Experience Engineering, or equivalent
- Comfort with low-code, no-code, or vibe-coding tools
- Attention to detail and product intuition
- A knack for identifying bottlenecks, strong communication, and rigorous prioritization
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable solving ambiguous problems and seeking simple solutions
Responsibilities
- Aligning AI Agents by developing production-grade AI systems with intuitive interfaces automating complex financial crime investigations while maintaining the highest standards of security and reliability
- Applying analytics to uncover and derive insights on AI agent performance
- Developing and improving how the quality program runs, including improving documentation and building internal tooling to evaluate outputs
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of and experience with SQL or other data analytics tools
- Interest in using AI to drive operational efficiency
