Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in technology architecture, AI, innovation management, with a focus on deploying solutions in enterprise environments
Responsibilities
- Lead the AI innovation strategy for the enterprise, identifying high-value use cases and developing a long-term roadmap for Generative AI and Agentic AI adoption
- Identify opportunities for innovation within existing processes, products, and services to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, quantum, fintech solutions) and assess their potential impact on financial services
- Build and prototype intelligent systems and autonomous agents that can augment or replace knowledge work across the enterprise
- Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art AI models, frameworks, and tooling to accelerate experimentation and development
- Translate complex AI concepts into business-relevant solutions, communicating tradeoffs, opportunities, and risks to senior stakeholders
- Stay deeply informed on latest advancements in AI and adjacent fields, maintaining relationships with internal and external partners, labs, startups, and AI communities
- Develop and refine AI innovation frameworks, reusable technical assets, and best practices to scale AI across the organization
- Champion a culture of innovation and forward thinking, educating teams about new possibilities and bring an “art of the possible” mindset to problem-solving
- Performs other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience building GenAI applications (LLMs, multi-agent systems, retrieval-augmented generation, etc.) in a hands-on capacity
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to independently lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced dynamic environment – able to manage multiple priorities and create / drive workplans proactively
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in building AI systems, including experience with modern ML frameworks, programming languages, and AI development tools
- Experience driving transformative initiatives at a leading AI-focused company or playing a key AI-focused role within a large enterprise
- Deep familiarity with current trends in LLMs, foundation models, tool use, orchestration frameworks, and AI-driven agents
- Able to drive adoption of advanced technologies in complex, regulated environments
- Proven ability to bridge technical depth with strategic thinking and communicate AI value to executive audiences
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks
- Passion for responsible AI, human-centered design, and innovation to drive impact
- Demonstrated success building frameworks, tools, or processes to evaluate complex problems and/or make strategic decisions
- Deep curiosity and learning mindset; stays up to date on technological trends and can connect dots across industries
