Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an Associate’s, Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree program at an accredited university or credentialed software accelerator program.
  • Degree focused in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, IT Security, Informatics, Information Science/Technology, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Security and Risk Analysis, or other relevant STEM majors with Software/IT experience.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and version control.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA off a 4.0 scale without rounding
  • Reliable transportation, as many of our sites do not have public transportation available
  • Willing to work in Evendale, OH

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing AI models and algorithms (both conventional and generative AI) to address specific business needs.
  • Utilizing cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for model deployment and scalability.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Managing project timelines and ensuring milestones are met.
  • Conducting research on emerging AI technologies and recommending their application.
  • Visualizing data and presenting insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Supporting the automation of workflows and processes using AI-driven solutions.
