Requirements
- Enrolled in a 4-year university with progression toward an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field – preferably Junior or Senior
- Passion for AI, automation, and low-code/no-code development
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well with all levels of the organization

Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze potential AI and automation opportunities that can be developed by citizen developers or professional developers. Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and propose suitable AI and automation solutions
- Design and implement low-code/no-code Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions using platforms such as Copilot Studio, Amazon Q, UiPath Autopilot & Studio, and other relevant tools. Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and user-friendly
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented AI and automation solutions. Collect and analyze data to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and report findings to stakeholders
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to the citizen developer community. Assist non-technical employees in understanding and using AI and automation tools effectively. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance AI and automation literacy
- Promote increased AI and automation literacy and capability among non-technical employees. Encourage the adoption of technical solutions and provide resources for continuous learning
- Measure the number and quality of AI and automation use cases successfully implemented and their impact on business operations. Track improvements in efficiency, productivity, and cost savings
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, end users, and product managers, to understand project requirements and objectives. Participate in collaborative brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for potential applications of generative AI
- Document code, models, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of generative AI and integrate new techniques where appropriate
- Understand and apply ethical considerations in AI development, such as fairness, transparency, and privacy. Identify potential biases in data and models
- Engage in learning opportunities offered during the internship. Network with professionals in the field to gain insights and career advice
