Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in software or machine learning engineering.
- Experience designing and shipping applications built with Generative AI models.
- Experience applying core GenAI techniques such as prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or function calling.
- Experience with Python and SQL.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and rapidly iterate on high-impact AI prototypes, applications, and tools using Google’s AI stack that accelerate Google Cloud’s GTM efforts.
- Embed with Sales, Operations, and Strategy teams to identify high-value use cases, understand their workflows, and build solutions that address their needs.
- Develop and deploy solutions for key focus areas, including our AI-powered demand generation platform, contributing to pipeline goals and operational efficiency.
- Partner with other engineering and operations teams to evolve prototypes into robust, scalable, and enterprise-ready solutions integrated into core GTM workflows.
- Develop frameworks to measure the Return on Investment (ROI) of AI solutions, quantifying their impact on pipeline, productivity, and key business metrics to inform future development.
- Apply techniques in agentic AI and leverage Google’s latest models and platforms to solve customer and internal workflow problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience building and scaling applications on cloud service providers (e.g., GCP) with Vertex AI.
- Experience building or prototyping multi-step AI agents (e.g., using frameworks ADK, A2A, MCP).
- Experience building products or systems from scratch.
- Understanding of Business-to-Business Go-To-Market, Sales, or Business Operations functions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
