Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and architecture with a proven track record of building production-ready AI systems that people actually use
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams through complex technical challenges and love the mentorship aspect of senior roles
- Deep understanding of modern AI architectures and excitement about designing systems that can adapt to whatever breakthrough comes next
- Hands-on experience with the latest AI frameworks, cloud platforms, and MLOps practices—and always experimenting with what’s emerging
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and can communicate complex ideas to both technical and business stakeholders
- Genuinely excited about AI’s potential to transform industries and want to be the architect behind those transformations
- Prefer the dynamic environment of consulting/client work over the predictability of internal product development
Responsibilities
- Lead diverse, high-caliber engineering teams across constantly evolving projects
- Mentor brilliant engineers while learning from domain experts across industries
- Drive technical decisions on projects that span from 2-week rapid prototypes to 6-month platform overhauls
- Collaborate with our internal AI research team to translate breakthrough academic papers into client solutions
- Jump between internal R&D and client missions, ensuring you’re always working on the most technically interesting challenges
- Extract breakthrough patterns from client work to build the next generation of AI infrastructure that other companies will struggle to replicate
- See your architectural decisions impact Fortune 500 companies within weeks, not years
