Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years in Agile roles, with at least 3 years leading or managing Agile Coaches/Scrum Masters at an enterprise scale.
- Hands‑on mastery of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other scaled Agile frameworks, with demonstrated ability to tailor practices to context and need.
- Proven aptitude for influencing at all organizational levels, from team members to C‑suite, and driving change without direct authority.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership briefings.
- Prior success delivering Agile transformations in large, complex environments (20+ teams).
- Experience building and scaling an internal Agile coaching community or competency center.
- Familiarity with agile project tooling (e.g., Jira) and continuous delivery pipelines to support data‑driven coaching.
- Demonstrated track record partnering with Product Management, Architecture, QA, and DevOps to remove impediments and foster end‑to‑end agility.
Responsibilities
- Achieve stakeholder-defined outcomes by implementing FBIN Agile practices throughout the organization to enhance business unit agility and delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with product owners, senior management, and executives to define and evolve the Agile transformation roadmap and governance model.
- Guide cross‑functional teams, Scrum Masters, and other Agile Transformation Coaches in agile principles, ceremonies, and consistently encourage continuous improvement.
- Offer strategic guidance on Agile methodologies, effectively facilitating conflict resolution and removing obstacles to expedite delivery and ensure overall team and individual success.
- Develop and facilitate Scrum events, ensuring they are action-oriented, results-driven, and time-bound.
- Facilitate open communication among teams and stakeholders; promote an inclusive, positive environment for strong collaborations and work effectiveness.
- Partner with other Agile Transformation Coaches to exchange insights, standardize practices, and scale successful approaches across multiple teams and portfolios.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) such as flow efficiency, cycle time, and team health to measure adoption. Guide teams in analyzing these metrics. Conduct Agile maturity assessments and present status and improvement opportunities to leadership.
- Monitor the team’s health, ensuring commitments, pace, and quality are on track. Help the team understand how to inspect and adapt as needed.
