Agile Delivery – Co-op Program

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Project Management.
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Familiarity with Agile project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Rally.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow in an Agile environment.
Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and address impediments and facilitate solutions.
Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Facilitating Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
Deploying Agile methodologies within a development team.
Prioritizing a product backlog.
Tracking and reporting team progress.
Fostering a culture of open communication.
