Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience as/with: Business Analyst
- Agile Scrum
- Program Increment Planning
- High School Diploma or GED
- Advanced proficiency in Capital Markets Data Management Applications is required.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
- Assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution.
- Researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop innovative strategies for optimizing business processes and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer requirements and provide strategic recommendations.
- Lead UI/UX design initiatives to enhance user experience.
- Implement Agile Scrum methodologies to streamline project management processes.
