Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English – Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or insurance agent fieldwork – Strongly preferred
- Familiarity with the health insurance industry, including licensing and certification processes – Preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating CRM platforms
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons (especially September–December)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned agents, providing onboarding, training, and continuous support
- Assist agents with licensing, certifications, and compliance-related inquiries
- Deliver product knowledge, sales coaching, and performance feedback to help agents achieve production goals
- Maintain regular communication with agents through phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Collaborate with internal departments including Broker Relations, Contracting, Marketing, Retention, and Compliance to ensure agent needs are met efficiently
- Track agent engagement and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for additional support and development
- Represent Keystone Advisors at local field events and trainings to support agent recruitment and retention
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor for agents throughout their partnership with Keystone
Preferred Qualifications
