Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English – Required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or insurance agent fieldwork – Strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with the health insurance industry, including licensing and certification processes – Preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating CRM platforms
  • Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons (especially September–December)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned agents, providing onboarding, training, and continuous support
  • Assist agents with licensing, certifications, and compliance-related inquiries
  • Deliver product knowledge, sales coaching, and performance feedback to help agents achieve production goals
  • Maintain regular communication with agents through phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Collaborate with internal departments including Broker Relations, Contracting, Marketing, Retention, and Compliance to ensure agent needs are met efficiently
  • Track agent engagement and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for additional support and development
  • Represent Keystone Advisors at local field events and trainings to support agent recruitment and retention
  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor for agents throughout their partnership with Keystone

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the health insurance industry, including licensing and certification processes – Preferred
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
