Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent.
- 4+ years of relevant hands-on experience as a product manager, engagement manager, consultant, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with prompting, fine-tuning, model evaluation, and staying current with the latest advancements in LLMs.
- Ability to design effective workflows using agent builders, deeply understand customer use cases, and support the sales process by translating technical capabilities into business value.
- Strong partnership with sales, customer success and engineering teams to be able to influence and drive growth with existing customers.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and influence AI agent designs.
- Ability to work with latest AI coding tools to spin up end to end products quickly.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you’re shaping solutions as much as implementing them.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to build, design, and optimize AI agents by deeply understanding their workflows, pain points, and objectives.
- Playing a key role in critical deployments with customers and prospects, guiding customers to maximize value from Boon’s platform.
- Drive tight feedback loops with Engineering, shaping feature development based on real customer needs.
- Work closely with engineering to develop new features when needed to support specific customer use cases.
- Take end-to-end ownership of customers’ AI agents.
