Requirements
- Speak English, both orally and in writing.
- Experience in customer service (call centers) in application and accounting support.
- Good knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft Office 365 suite software.
- Knowledge of retail business.
- Have the continued concern to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a team to achieve established goals.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze customer needs considering their urgency and complexity to process or escalate them to the team with the necessary expertise.
- Carry out the necessary research to answer customers’ questions.
- Perform problem diagnosis and remotely resolve first level application and technical problems related to applications.
- Follow up on calls with customers.
- Document each call in the ticketing system.
- Communicate customer requests that concern them to other departments.
- Share knowledge and support team members with specific customer requests or requests from their supervisor.
