Requirements

  • Speak English, both orally and in writing.
  • Experience in customer service (call centers) in application and accounting support.
  • Good knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft Office 365 suite software.
  • Knowledge of retail business.
  • Have the continued concern to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a team to achieve established goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze customer needs considering their urgency and complexity to process or escalate them to the team with the necessary expertise.
  • Carry out the necessary research to answer customers’ questions.
  • Perform problem diagnosis and remotely resolve first level application and technical problems related to applications.
  • Follow up on calls with customers.
  • Document each call in the ticketing system.
  • Communicate customer requests that concern them to other departments.
  • Share knowledge and support team members with specific customer requests or requests from their supervisor.
