Requirements
- 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
- 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)
- Ability to travel to different geographic locations as needed is required
Responsibilities
- Incorporate functional expertise in marketing strategy to consult with agency owners and/or Field Sales Leadership to advise and influence development of local marketing plans to generate profitable market share growth
- Effectively apply segmentation and targeting, utilize quantitative and qualitative measurement analysis to optimize efficiency and drive desired results
- Actively participate in continuous improvement and agile strategies to identify gaps and recommend innovative solutions / systems to support strategic business unit objectives
- Contribute to adoption and utilization of provided Lead Management system to support consultation measurement
- Strict adherence to effectively managing budget
- Accountability for achieving established metrics and reporting on overall program results to include agency investment and engagement in marketing programs, improved quote volume, premium growth, and profitable market share growth
- Support the implementation of execution plans for national and local marketing programs to achieve agency engagement benchmarks
- Communication and delivery of education content supporting the achievement of desired results and improves marketing program performance
