After School Area Coordinator

Has a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in any field related to Children or Business.
Has a minimum of 3 years of experience managing teams (10 direct reports) and educational programs (afterschool or youth-centered programs a plus!).
Has reliable transportation to commute from site to site.
Is confident with compliance, licensing, and administrative processes.

Be the main point of contact for your assigned school partners, parents and families.
Build strong client relationships, resolve concerns, and work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Customer Service.
Provide thoughtful, tailored solutions to site-specific challenges.
Conduct consistent site visits to monitor program quality.
Ensure staff are trained, equipped, and operating within company policies.
Support Site Directors in managing day-to-day operations and team performance.
Manage the before care, after care program and summer camp in the assigned location.
Mentor Site Directors to lead their teams with confidence and integrity.
Provide training and professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with HR in recruiting, onboarding, and evaluating staff.
Maintain accurate records, support licensing inspections, and lead compliance efforts.
Manage payroll approval and scheduling through our timekeeping tools.
Ensure government subsidy documentation is current and complete.
Engage with families and school staff through regular updates and newsletters.
Organize monthly onsite meetings and ongoing communication with stakeholders.
