Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience within the industry
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the field team and act as key Head Office relationship support
- Act as support for existing advisors during a transition at Manulife Wealth Inc.
- Welcome program
- Responsible for managing Business Initiation kits to be available to new advisors in a timely manner
- Responsible for managing stationery and signage needs for advisors
- Track activities created by proactive conversations with new advisors in Salesforce
- Oversee and manage MFD to ID process and act as a resource to advisors transitioning from MFD to ID
- Manage advisor relocations
- Manage Book Buys for dealer
- Updating policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Friendly, flexible, and able to deal with a lot of different personalities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills
- Background in financial services, advisor services, compliance, registration, etc. is an asset
