Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Some college coursework preferred
- 3 years in customer service or sales
- 2 years in Financial Aid preferred
- Title IV experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
Responsibilities
- Support students through every step of the financial aid process
- Provide exceptional service with compassion, clarity, and efficiency
- Identify and address barriers to starting or continuing school with creative and effective solutions
- Explain federal aid, FAFSA, scholarships, and more to help students make informed financial decisions
- Work closely with Admissions, Student Services, and other teams to enhance student satisfaction and success
Preferred Qualifications
- Some college coursework preferred
- 2 years in Financial Aid preferred
- Title IV experience preferred
