Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in advertising, marketing coordination, or related roles
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with basic design or layout tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule advertising campaigns across various print and digital channels
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and execute campaign strategies
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, budgets, and timelines
- Liaise with vendors and advertising partners to secure placements and negotiate contracts
- Ensure brand consistency across all advertising materials
- Assist in the creation and proofreading of ad content and layouts
- Track deadlines and organize advertising calendars
- Conduct market research to inform campaign improvements and strategies
