Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing advertising campaigns across print, digital, and out-of-home platforms
- Coordinate timelines, creative assets, and communication between internal teams and external partners
- Monitor campaign performance and compile data for analysis and reporting
- Help manage budgets and ensure projects stay within financial parameters
- Maintain organized records of campaign assets, schedules, and vendor details
- Support in market research and competitive analysis
- Prepare presentations and assist in client meetings when necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in an advertising, marketing, or project coordination role preferred
- Familiarity with media planning and buying is a plus
- Experience with project management tools is a plus
