Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in equity compensation administration, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), or a related field.
  • Solid Proficiency in software and web applications, including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a willingness to learn new tools as necessary. Familiarity with MS Access is a plus.
  • Experience in service delivery or client-facing roles, demonstrating the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional languages as an asset.
  • Familiarity with equity-related accounting, tax, and legal concepts, with a willingness to learn and comply with international regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with colleagues, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Enthusiastic and flexible individual comfortable with learning and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Successful execution of assigned projects across various disciplines such as Corporate Actions, Automation, Data Analysis, and Administrative support.
  • Execute and oversee the end-to-end processing of corporate actions, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expertise in equity compensation practices, trends, and programs to clients.
  • Support client relationship and service management by delivering timely and accurate responses to requests for information.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Onboarding, Client Success Management, Implementation, etc) and external (e.g. Third Party vendors and channel Partners) to implement automated and integrated solutions in support of client requirements for their equity compensation plans.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and actively contribute to automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with stock plan administration systems such as Equity Edge Online, Shareworks or Global Intelligence is preferred but not required.
  • Certifications such as PMP or CEP Level 1 are desirable but not required.
