Requirements
- Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start
- Board Certified, or Board Eligible
- 2+ years of provider work experience is preferred
- Experience in primary care is preferred, but experience in other specialties will also be considered.
Responsibilities
- Monday – Friday weekly schedule with an option of either working 4 or 5 days per week
- No holidays or weekends
- Minimal call – phone call only, no call time is spent coming into the clinic
- EPIC EMR
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification by the National Commission for the Certification of Physician Assistants is preferred
- DEA license is preferred
