Requirements
- 1-4 years of relevant sales strategy & project development experience.
- Consistent record working with multiple clients and internal teams.
- Experience in the Insurance or financial services industry marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree (with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred) or equivalent experience required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate our monthly baseline of sales materials including the newsletter, podcast, and collateral updates.
- Coordinate, record, and post our monthly webinars. Maintain calendar of speakers and promote the webinars through the appropriate channels.
- Maintain collateral on our microsites, post updates, and create new pages as needed using WordPress.
- Provide logistical support for team meetings and market workshops, including scheduling and resource preparation and supervising the department’s email/voicemail inboxes.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to gain a foundational understanding of advanced markets.
- Manage initiatives ensuring timely reviews and deliverables.
- Generate comprehensive reports, presentations and ad hoc special projects as needed.
- Become knowledgeable about the IM business, goals, audiences, to deliver on objectives fully and successfully.
- Drive both the short-term and long-term planning and execution aligning with partners to understand key objectives and critical deliverables.
